Loan refund still not paid

I had a loan with fnb in 2008 when I was working, paying it till 2010 November when I lost my job. I have been getting odd jobs since then and my account was closed for no activity and areas. last year I 2018 I opened an account again with fnb and they debited over R700. Now there was no money in that account because I don't work and don't use it often. Now someone asked me to use my account to rent a car and he deposited R11000 in my account via atm. Fnb deducted R2950.10 from my account as soon as the car rental money was refunded. I went to my branch on the 7th Feb with an avidivt stating my unemployment, even took the person who deposited money to explain why since it's his money debited in my account. I spoke to a team leader in Legal called Evangeline Demons on the 7th Feb 2019 and she promised on a recorded line that they will refund me the R2950.10 and make an arrangement to R200 a month from March 15th. They said refunds take 48 hours. From the 7th Feb to 14th Feb, I'm not sure how they calculate 48hours but I'm just thinking I should just close down this account and go to a new bank since I've never been with any bank but fnb.
