LOAN QUERY.

FNB, I wish I could ask EFF assistance on my loan, because wow. like a ****Y SERVICE. i can't even say this was a service. this is so ****EN useless COLLECTIONS Team. I called today at 14h24PM on *** the lady I was talking to she said - 1. loan agreement is sent to your personal mail. till now it's not there. I don't know if they are cooking it. 2. my call was transfered to rate a service that I didn't get nor did I get assistance or authorize to be transfered. This look started from customer care, where they said they transfering me and nothing.

FNB for the Millionth time, can I have my initial loan agreement & a one page statement showing the amount transferred into my account.
