Loan poor servive

I am frustrated with three service at this bank, whether you go in person or call a call centre you simply don't get a genuiwine answer to your query. I have been applying for a personal Loan which I need urgently since last week Friday. I have app**** on the application as well as on cellphone banking and both show that I do qualify as well as for how much. Everything gets provisionally approved but then nothing happens, no payment, no communication, nothing at all. When you call the call centre the line is either very bad, they simply drop your call or after numerous attempts at calling them they tell you the application is processing yet it has been days since you app****. I never had this issue before as I would make an application and the funds would be paid by the next day. At this point I am beyond frustrated with Fnb.
