Loan payment not reflecting
<p>I have been trying to get through to your loan repayments dept for over an hour. The call centre is a joke, and I have used all my airtime without speaking to anybody. I took a short term loan last month. On the 29th the repayment was automatically removed from my cheque account. Yet the loan still shows as unpaid on my accounts in my app. Please can somebody from your loans dept contact me asap with an explanation as to why this is not reflecting. This is an urgent matter for me, please contact me urgently on my cell phone. </p>
