Loan paid by EFT recorded as unpaid by FNB

Good Day<br> <br> I took out a personal loan in 2007 and had a debit order on my FNB account. I closed my FNB account and paid my loan via EFT through my Nedbank account. <br> <br> I was contacted by a lawyer representing FNB. The EFT funds were never recorded against the loan by FNB and according to FNB was unpaid. I provided the proof of payment to the lawyer and all was resolved.<br> <br> Until recently. After applying for a home loan with Nedbank I was informed of an issue with an FNB loan. I have gone to a branch - they couldn't help. I have called the call centre - They have sent through a statement where according to FNB they have still not recorded my payments against the loan.<br> <br> Could you provide me with an email address to send the proof of payment along with the statements and account number to get this resolved.
