Loan not paid due to their horrible system 7 days later no help given

Ive app**** for the loan Thursday the 19th of November and was approved since then i was send a mandate for debicheck and I approved same time, but they said they didn't get it but its active in my app and cellphone banking.

Was refered to the branch i got no assistance they encourage me to reapply but it declined hence they don't have option to help me with debicheck from Friday trying to get assistance to get a payout but nothing they still sent me this SMS FNB:) To get your personal loan paid out to you, accept your DebiCheck mandate on the App/Online/*120*321#/ATM. FNB a div of FRB Ltd NCRCP20 & FSP3071

But when I go to these options i see no options how will i get the money since i was failed to find solution to this challenge. I got poor services from fnb.

Then this no assistance from call centre or RB Jacobs was given. Fnb is just horrible. I took a loan cause i need it 5 days later i have got nothing.
