Loan double debit delays

The loans department of Fnb have double debit and I called in more than 3 times with regard to my reversal as I have other debuts that I will be charged for if they bounce and their response is that I need to wait for standard 3-5 working days for the reversal . Why would it take so long when my cheque account IS with FNB as well !!! They can deposit it immediately!!! When the fnb cheque accounts has debits bouncing I am charged for it , I asked if I have to wait that long what about my other debit commitments!!! Who will pay for the charges ? They all kee singing the same song that I have to wait and none of them are prepared to pay for any charges that I will get. Honestly being on the phone back and forth in total for over 3hrs arguing and with such bad service, it’s disappointing but I will definitely be banking my salary elsewhere. Whatever product I have with fnb I will pay for as I made a commitment. But now fnb will have to be waiting online like my other debit orders as well. I’m opening another bank account with another
