Loan Department very disappointing.
I have a loan with FNB & the amount that I needed to pay back was R1172.50, on 26 Feb I paid R307.97, 26 March R307.97 , 25 April R307.97, I also transferred a R50 on 30 April , yesterday another R307.97 went of that's not reflecting yet, but it still shows' I owe R698 and mind you 2 day ago it shows I still owe R599 & now its more ? and its shows I'm in arears but you take your money monthly. FNB please have a look at this ***

the one moment it shows less & 2 days prior to the end of the month the amount become more. I'm aware of interested but why were the initial amount R1172?
