I called the personal loan department to negotiate rearrangement to pay lower monthly payment but I was told that they can only negotiate if I want to pay higher installment. My reason for calling was to negotiate lower monthly repayments as I no longer afford but I was told that they can only help if my account is in arrears, I have been paying on time everytime. I advice anyone who's desperate not to use Fnb bank services.
