Loan deduction before due date.

I have a loan and credit card facility with FNB. The installments go off on the last day of the month, however this month, they went off before the due date. My accounts are up to date and I see no reason for this. The money was for my own use and you have put me in a precarious position since I'm on holiday. Your incompetence has inconvenienced me.Please sort out your mess!!!
