Loan Declined due to person being Disabled and receiving a disability income

It has been the worst service I have ever received. I am approved for a personal loan but got declined due to the fact that I am disabled and receiving a Disability pension. I took out a small personal loan at the atm 2 months ago I am still paying this loan. Then they offered me a temporary loan which I took and pay in one installment. Then on the app they offered me another personal loan so I thought I should take the offer and pay off the other loan so that I only have one installment problem is I was approved until they saw my documents and saw it is a disability income that I receive and declined it due to the fact that I am disabled. I app**** for a loan at another bank and it was also declined due to the fact that FNB declined my loan discriminating against me being disabled. I am banking at FNB for many years and I am receiving my disability income for the last 5 years in my FNB account so how does it work if you become disabled you are not allowed to get a loan even though you have a fixed income? Fnb didn't even bother to call the insurer to verify my income just saying it is Declined due to the fact that I am getting a disabled income. I am earning a big disability income and now my name is vandalized at the credit bureaus and all my debt is paid up to date thanks FNB. I'll be moving my account after more than 20 years.

FNB contacted me and I spoke to Chane-Lee Samuels from head office loans department and she advised me that I don't meet the criteria for a long term loan as I am not permanently employed. They are discriminating against me as I am receiving my disability salary until retirement age of 63 so technically I am still employed. they didn't even bother to call my insurer as I am medically boarded due to injury on duty. Their criteria didn't matter when they gave me a loan in February and a Temporary loan in March and when I took an iPad on my account now they have a separate criteria sorry FNB not going to leave it here I am receiving my salary until retirement age and I won't leave it here. I am very disappointed in the horrible service I received I am done with this bank done.

Firstly my money was good enough when I bought the iPad, then I took several temporary loans then my money was good enough, when I took the loan in February money was good enough , after you offer me loan and I accepted it the Criteria is changing this is not working for me. Everything started the moment they received the Disability Income Letter. This is pure **************. How can their criteria from one loan to the next. I am still receiving the same income, accepting the one loan or the other. I have never missed an installment because it is deducted directly from my bank account. I don't know why they can't help me , again I state it is pure **************.
