loan declined because

What a bad start! Last week I put in an application for a loan at FNB through thinkmoney and after about 2 working days without getting contacted I decided to go the branch to apply and that was done successfully. In the 3rd day still no money in my account I then contact the branch and I was told that it was declined because the loans department was unable to get hold of me. What nonsense is that!? I want the money today!
