Loan debited twice

On the 26 November 2020 my account was debited twice with out notice or reason for Loan amount. I was not in arrears. I phoned numerous times, got cut off several times and was told that it would be reversed 3-5 workng days. Up until today no communication what so ever. I have banked with fnb for few years but since covid they have been dissapointing me Big Time. I would do the necessary to get my money back, like phoning, e-mail and going on app to chat to a banker but doesn't seem to help. I think it's time for me to move on an look for new bank todo my banking with.
