Loan Debicheck mandate slow service
I have BEEN waiting for a debit check mandate for over 12 hours now. One consultant hung up on me and the other just said they will see what to do.

30 Sept 2024, 13:12It seems you are not taking my issue seriously. I contacted customer service and Nastatia was unhelpful and uninterested. I thought this would be sorted now as a loyal customer of over 15years but clearly FNB just doesn’t care.
