Loan complaint

My name is Nqobile Cele and app**** for a personal loan with FNB bank on the 31/03/2021. When applying for this loan I was under the assumption that I would repay it in small amounts however I’ve been told after visiting the branch on the 06/04/2021 that I have to pay a full amount of this loan including the interest.

I wouldn’t have accepted the loan had this information been clearly explained to me prior. However I’m not running away from paying back the loan, I am pleading that I pay the loan is portions over a period of (mention the number of months). My monthly expenses do not have room for paying the entire amount including interest once off.

Kindly advise me with the services that your bank offers to assist me go about this process as soon as possible to avoid recurring unnecessary interest that can be avoided.
