Loan balance disappeared in App

Living overseas and trying to get assistance from FNB is nearly impossible. The chat hosts are *********** and can never seem to know how to solve queries, emails never get responded to and calls are not worth it because I get charged an arm and a leg while left on hold. I am trying to repay my loans but now my outstanding balances have disappeared in the app. I am making monthly payments but now I don't know what is owed. I would appreciate assistance.
