Loan arrangement

I have had it !!!!!, I called the collections department 5- 6 times today, the call keeps dropping!!!!! One agent put the phone down whilst I was explaining the situation. My mother is a pensioner and wants to make a payment arrangement. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM FNB. I will take this matter to Hellopeter/Ombudsman should NO one contact my mom!
