Loan approved - almost 3weeks later no feedback or payment

<p> My Loan was approved at the end of April telephonically . I Agreed to everything all documents have been sent on the same day twice. It's almost 3 weeks and no feedback . I have called the call centre last Friday, they put me through to a department that sounded like they were having a party at 5pm in the afternoon.. And the phone was dropped.. I requested a call yesterday still no response... extremely disappointed and dissatisfied ... and to think that FNB is associated with this type of company that does not deliver on customer service...</p>
