Loan application went Terrible

Worst experience ever for the number of years I’ve been with FNB,very disappointed and heartbroken actually.

Took a personal loan for emergency purposes on Monday, I confirm that today on Friday I still haven’t received the money but the contract was sent and everything was approved. Currently looking into moving my business else where,cos what’s the point of loans if I’ll receive the money so close to my payday?
