Loan application system is broken

I am totally sick of Fnb. What has happened to your service over the last year or so. Firstly, I have taken 2 Smart Devices on contract from you guys. Paid both up no problems. Never missed a payment on my home loan or previous loan I had. I now earn more than what I did when I had all these contracts and loans.My credit record is immaculate. I apply for a smart device of 100 odd a month. Get declined. I apply for a credit card. Declined. You people don't even let me know. I had to phone in. So I get declined for minor things but a day later I get approved for R200 000 personal loan?? How do I get declined for a credit card and R4000 phone but approved for a R200 000 personal loan. Your system is seriously broken. Have no more trust in this bank and I've been banking with you for years
