Loan amount not written off as promised

Good morning Rais,

This is totally ridiculous! I paid an amount given to me by REVCO Attorneys to settle and close this account in December already. I was told that the R8303.00 would be written off. Now THIS !? How can FNB still try and use a Debit Order of R1402.00 to "pay" this account?!

I'm so tired of this incompetence from FNB! And I'm still waiting for you to get back to me as you promised to resolve this on Monday when I phoned you.
