LOAN AGREEMENT BREACH

I am unemployed and my loan insurance has been making payments on my personal loan and credit card, however the loan department decided to debit my account as well for the month of July and August 2020. This was money I had loaned for nappies and food as I had not received UIF as yet, This is against the loan agreement and I want this loan to be written off due to the error on their side. I am getting to reply to my complaint logged and I am DISGUSTED. My child had to suffer due to this negligence. This is unfair and this is why I paid for the loan protection so that I would not have issues however this is not the case with FNB.
