Loan agreement and relief that I didn't apply for sent to me

I received an sms from FNB for a Covid-19 relief approval, when I opened the app to find out what it is in relation to I saw loan details that I know nothing about. My personal details are correct yet the details pertaining to the loan I have never taken up such a loan with these many installments. I've been trying to call FNB to find out what this is all about and have just had the call dropped everytime or them promising to call but call but they never do. This is stressful for me as I do not want to take up a loan or get relief for a loan that isn't mine!
