Loan account paid in full, but not closed by the bank...
ive had a loan with Fnb, that was settled last year in July. In fact they took money from my account to settle the loan without my concern. i went to enquire about this they told me its been owing for a longtime. the gave me an interim letter to say that the loan has been closed. i was told that in 40 days the final letter of the loan account for closure will be sent. the loan account still accrue interest on monthly basis, as if i did not settle it... please send the final letter , close the account as agreed and also remove my name from ITC.
