Loan

Worst bank ever our whole family is with this bank and I have requested for them to switch to absa because when you really need fnb they are no help at all my wife and I recently went to the fnb brunch at carnival mall and app**** for a loan as we are purchasing a business and they said we qualify for R180k out of the R500k we needed which was understandable so we gave all the documents required and went through the process with the lady at the end they said it was approved and the money will reflect in 24hr which we agreed to as we specified our urgency 24hr passed by and still nothing we phoned the bank and they said there was a small issue and we need to give our pay slips we said we had already handed it in but any way we will email it to them after confirmation email from fnb stating they had received it and the loan has been approved we said OK the next day and still nothing so we call again and the same same story with the pay slip and the same story for the next two days and then today I phone fnb and ask to speak to the manager the lady on the phone says she can't because she works from home which is bull**** the owner of the business we want to purchase is considering selling to the next person so what is fnb helping with
