Loan

Good day I want o complaint for the bad service of the FNB bank with the loan. I did my application 3 weeks ago and still ask me for paper. Every paper I sent to loan only give me an answer after 5 days. I ask f a loan because tomorrow I have to go to operation. I need to pay today the doctor.<br> Today said still I need to wait and does not have another answer. The people work for loan does not know what do. I really need the money for emergency and now I have t cancel my operation <br> The FNB bank is lie when said give a loan in seconds and the money in 24 hours <br> I am very desapoint and frustrating with the service
