It's been a long while that I've had great customer service in this country!! Especially from FNB and with this new age tech life where things gets done virtually but it's actually not being done is super frustrating and ends up wasting more time & money with effort. Virtual chat assistance is supposed to make life easier, your's is a nightmare.
