Living up to "How Can We Help you"
On 30 December 2019 at round about 13:30 I spoke to an consultant at your debt review center by the name of Carol Nortje. I wanted to know if my banking profile was updated as I no longer were under debt review.
She has confirmed that my banking profile was updated to low risk. She was very professional and helpful and I really felt very comfortable with her.
I would recommend that she be made aware of this compliment.
