LIVID WITH THE INCOMPETENCE AT FNB!!!

Absolutely WORST possible experience from my OWN BANK!

FNB the service and pure incompetence I have received from your staff has left me LIVID!

I have been trying to create a simple loan through my business. I have been trying to achieve this since DECEMBER 2019!

I've been bounced around to different departments, each equally *********** with no information being provided other than further delays and MORE forms to complete... despite FNB having access to all my personal and business accounts since I am a long time customer.

Clearly you do not want me as a client any further as this is ridiculous. Despite me being approved in 2 days from Capitec, less than 1 week from Absa, and also receiving approval from Nedbank.

Absolutely shocking!!!
