LIVID - NO RESPONSE AT ALL

I wrote a review and complaint 2 days ago... NO JOY as yet, Because I am a small buss my problems is not important

I have spend in total 45 minutes on the phone with the call centre 40 with secure chat branch visit

Phoned my buss manager 14 times without any luck

Then I complained on hello peter was phoned back yesterday AND TILL NO NO CALL BACK

SHE IS NOT ANSWERING HER PHONE AND ONCE AGAIN NOT AT THE BRANCH

I am livid, I am going to escalate to the MD /CEO of FNB.

does not matter if you a small buss or a big buss an salary earner or a lotto winner, the service to your customer must be the same
