Livid client because of redicilous charges.

I got charged R635 for "items paid no funds" where as I made all my transaction having money in my account because obviously my card would've decline if there were 't any. They say they honoured my transtions, if it's debit orders why didn't they unpay them and I get charged R115 for unpaid debit orders instead. This bank is reaping clients off.
