Livid

On Friday I get a call from a Kefilwe at FNB saying the bank wants to upgrade my account for free on a trial basis for 3 months which after I can decide if it works for but remain in my current fees but I will get a new upgrade card free which will be delivered, I wake up to card order fee deduction without my concern I speak to a Dieketseng about this matter from FNB who informs the no such trial basis at the bank fees apply as per norm therefore it means I was ******* by that Kefilwe under false pretense that is *****. I want that recording so the world can hear how FNB is out hear *****ing people.
