Just to inform folk, I have had no follow up from FNB, just an email with a reference & promise ! You can be sure they will take bank charges from the money I cannot access from the closed account. So ***** ! Fawn over the rich & take from everyone else. I guess it is best to get a new card from another bank. The problem is, how to get my money back ?
