Live Chat useless and a waste of time

I tried to use the Chat feature on the Website and it was a total waste of my time. Either Christine who I eventually connected with does not know what she is doing or that feature is totally useless. Either way, I wasted time waiting for someone to take ownership of my query and then get a totally random reply that had nothing to do with what my query was. Like some copy-paste nonsense. If you can't pull off a Live Chat on your website, dont offer it
