Little business support from FNB

so it took nearly 9 months to get a bond for my business. It has now taken two years to have the ' business bond' loaded onto my profile. I have not received a statement since ( although the debit order goes off timeously). I have been refered to about 4 different contact numbers to phone - each passing me onto the next.

THIS IS POOR SERVICE FOR A LOCAL SA ENTREPERENUER.

I also dont like communicating with a bot - they dont have all the options....
