Literally no response

Since I have emailed FNB about 7 times in the last few weeks, I thought the only place where I can get a reaction would be on here.

I short, my credit card is expiring end of December. I work abroad 4 months of the year and need my credit card for international purposes. When I was in SA October I app**** for a new credit card as mine was expiring. Every time I contacted them they had a new story, I even asked for priority shipping, got a personal email address from someone who work in the department and assured me I will get it in time, that didn't happen, even after he promised me he would send it to the OR Tambo branch so I can pick it up just before my flight. The lady who helped me at the fnb branch there said he didn't even put in a request. No one has rep**** to any of my emails and today my card is not even working, saying it has been deactivated, pin is not working. Now I am stuck with no card, no money. FNB please please please please respond. + ********** 42
