Listing Priscribed debt
<p>I have recently discovered that FNB have listed me on ITC for a priscribed debt. This so called account is more than 6 years old and must be removed from my ITC and the file closed. </p> <p>I received no summons or any letters in writing informing me of this so call debt, nor has any payment been made on this so called account. </p> <p>Failed from FNB to correct this issue will result in legal action and all cost will be collected from FNB for this as this is an ilegal action from FNB. </p> <p>Further more I will be making this a very public on all social media and any news paper willing to print this story. </p> <p>I require prompt action from FNB in this matter.</p>
