Listing of prescribed accounts

Today i went through my credit report, and i realized that FNB has added 2 PRESCRIBED accounts ( FNB CR Card and Revolving loan) even claiming that i made payment on a credit card in September 2019 which is not true. In November 2019 i registered fo debt review. Which FNB only indicated that i should pay money that owing on my Cheque account that was still open. Which i made the agreed payments till last installment at the end of August 2021. FNB did not communicate with regarding those accounts and i did not make any payments to those PRESCRIBED ACCOUNTS.
