Listed without knowing

In December 2021 i had problem with my FNB credit card,so i went to sandton branch i was told my card is blocked due to ********** reasons,then i received an email from aguy at FNB by the name of Thabang ***,the email was stating that i had take part in the ********** activity which i don't know of stating that they are terminating my account with them.on January 2022 i received another email from a guy called carlo Naidu who said he was investigating the matter,after few days he called me and told me to make an affidavit stating that i did not take part in that ********** activity and grant them the permission to deduct the money that was deposited in to my credit card of which i did,so my big problem now is that FNB has listed me with the south African ***** prevention service wich has make my life difficult so when i contact SAFPS They are saying they can't remove my name from their list FNB should tell them to do so since they are the ones who reported the matter to them,may i please be assisted 😭😭i also went to Heidelberg mall regarding this matter several times stil no response from them.
