Listed for not paying my account for 1 month

Account no ***, I was FNB staff member I then resigned and closed all other accounts. However I did not close my cheque account as I owed an overdraft facility. I have been paying money into the cheque account monthly however in September I did not pay. On the 6th of October I was then blacklisted for not paying. Was this an FNB business decision or emotional decision taken by FNB staff. Can someone in FNB call me and explain. Thanks for blacklisting me though
