Listed again on credit bereau after settlement.

I am so sick and tired of this back and forth with FNB, after settling all my debts and receiving the settlement letters, I have been listed again on the credit bereau as having a loan account. The account was settled in June, you listed it as closed in July, now in September it's open again and shows me doing installments after we just went through 2 prior hellopeter complaints. Guys it's just one problem after another with you. I'm really over this now I'm closing my account and switching banks.
