Lisence renewal - no lisence!

I used their app to renew two vehicle lisences. They sent me only ONE lisence disk. Now they are saying they sent both in one package, but the package only contained ONE!!!! I've been struggling for more than a week to sort this out, phoned left right and center. I hvae logged a query. The lady that sent me a mail is not responding. I've sent more than 4 mails. NO ONE CAN HELP ME! I need assistance uegently! I received nothing from FNB. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
