LINKING PAYPAL TO FNB ONLINE BANKING PROFILE NIGHTMARE!

I have been trying for almost two months for my PayPal account to be linked to my fnb online banking profile and then my non-fnb bank account. My card seems to be verified on PayPal. However, I cannot say the same for fnb! I have been battling to get my digital banking profile activated on their site to no avail. I have tried to do it myself at an atm but don't have a fnb card. I've called numerous times on their direct line but have been placed on hold for hours. I get an error message on the website reading "ACTIVE DIGITAL BANKING PROFILE". I've been to a few branches and stil didn't receive help. I am at my wits end as I have tried everything but no assistance has been provided nor follow up!
