Linking PayPal to FNB common error

I have followed all the steps and filled in all the details correctly however I still get this error at the top of my screen every time I click confirm. "(E-100) mammoth.otp.PrepareOTPNavigator returned false with a SUCCESS code." WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
