Linking Paypal is like pulling Teeth

I've been trying to link my paypal to my fnb account but it keeps saying E-37 error. My details are correct so i really don't know what is going on, this seems like a common problem from what I've seen online. Its quite unacceptable especially since I still have to wait 1-3 days for the money to even come out. Please help
