Linking PayPal

FNB services are very poor. I had an account with FNB 5 years ago and now I want to create an online profile so that I can link it with PayPal however am struggling to do since it give an error. I went to the branch they tell me I still have money in investment account which I need to spend (R11.00) but will have to wait for 32 days for the amount to be deposited into my account. I can't wait for the 32 days since I need the money from PayPal urgently.
