Linking of PayPal account

I have written a review on the pathetic service that I have been and still am receiving from FNB with regards to linking my PayPal account on 17 August. Despite promises of speedy resolve I am still being sent from pillar to post. Yesterday suddenly for the first time, I have received a request to submit colour copies of my KYC documents. Not once in THREE submission attempts as directed by the very *********** staff have I been been asked for colour copies. A team leader from the PayPal call centre phoned me on Monday evening promising escalation with a reference number of ***NF.

FNB is a joke.
