Linking of accounts

I dont know if it's the system that they created pathetic or the fact that your staff works on assumptions. I came to open an account on the 24th February at Horizon village branch and asked that funds be transferred from my Tax free investment. The consultant at the investment desk transferred funds from an NPO account which I'm a signatory on and they advise that all this are linked why it's a million dollar question. Now funds are transferred from the NPO account linked with my personal account how is that possible as on the NPO account I can't transact on this portfolio without the another two. It is truly absurd that transact be done without other parties. I'm so flabbergasted by the whole service.
