Link Paypal account.

I have been trying to get hold of FNB Paypal Services since 22 Nov 2021 with no success. I am trying to link my Paypal account to my personal FNB account and I get the error that it is associated with another account. I have checked all accounts that I am aware of and have access to and cannot find any link. I cannot get hold of anybody to assist in this manner and I notice that many people have problems with FNB. If moving to another bank could resolve this matter I would do it in a heartbeat. Despicable service.
