LINK MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!!!!

It has been more than 2 weeks, looking for assistance from FNB PayPal.. all I want is to be able to link my PayPal account so I can withdraw my money. I am currently unemployed and I try to make online surveys so I can at least earn some cash, but I cannot even withdraw that cash as FNB will not assist. I NEED THAT MONEY SO I CAN BUY DIAPERS FOR MY CHILD!!!!!!
